Our Suscol Springs Cabernet tells the story of this hillside estate vineyard where cooler temperatures and rocky, well-draining soils yield concentrated fruit and exquisitely balanced acidity. Comprised of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, the wine aged 22 months in 70% new oak, 30% neutral oak barrels.
